Everything looked good until I had to deposit. Why does your exchange rate differ by more than 10% from the average one?

i noticed one thing in shady.
there is NO fee schedule on site or here.not even within helpdesk page.
Will you please specify fee for each sector.
The fees in the schedule page look really attractive, and the virtual card only costs half a dolar, but what's really shady here is how different their price calcuation is from the current price. there is NO fee schedule on site or here.not even within helpdesk page.

3 or 4? Unsure, but I deposited an amount and forgot to click the "check blockchain" image, so my funds went into a void and my account didn't get credited
Hoo i see .. anyway : dont panik ... i can assure you They will solve this quickly .. 3 day for having a support answer is not so long ..
ie: i had to wait 3 or 4 lonnnnnng weeks for having an answer with Xapo support !
i can say you this: i know someone form coinisy support.. and your problem will be gona solved
as they take users issue with a big professionalism .. trust me..
