I agree, also, if you are going to use a live rate, you should post the live rate and source you are using (seeing as you obviously have that info in the browser already).
The rate was .365 when I first noticed the message like 6 hours ago and it's down to .35 yet bitcoin has barely changed in price over that span...?!?!
We need details to legitimize that .3xx number
So lets say the game has a base bitcoin value of $1950 (half way between the 1200 and 2700 you mentioned), and at that rate, 1 credit = .5 Satoshi
If say https://poloniex.com/exchange#usdt_btc has it listed at $2370 (current as I write this)
1 credits would be worth 1950/2370 (0.82278) * .5 = .411 Satoshi
This is the way I imagine you are doing it, just with a lower base to get a number at .35
So we only need TWO pieces of info which you are already using, you just need to show us.
Your base rate for 1 credit = .5 Satoshi (old site ratio)
Exchange you are using for current rate

June 2nd 2017 On April 2nd we introduced a new policy of 1 satoshi = 2 credits. At the time BTC price was at roughly $1200. Today the price has risen to almost double at highs of up to $2700 in recent weeks. Due to this rise we must lower the previous rate in order to fulful future payouts. We have implemented a dynamic satoshi exchange rate of 1 credit = 0.3603 satoshi. This rate moves up and down and follows the current BTC/USD price. i have problem with recaptcha, 9/10 failed to verify captcha, reason: Unexpected error
and now its bug on all site using recaptcha
i cant solve recaptcha with car, road sign
only those with front store, bus and mountain
its very weird
anyone would know how to fix it?

I have this "problem" in last few months,need to solve reCaptcha multiple times to get it solved.I know that some have same problem,others say reCaptcha is normal to them.Reason can be in that Google set a different captcha difficulty for some countries or some ISP.But on VP is SolveMedia captcha and I suggest to all faucet owners to change to that option or give user a choice what captcha to use.
You probably have problem with short links captcha,better to write to them-maybe they can change to SolveMedia.

I unlocked science back when old admin was running the site after a while it locked and said I had to pay again to unlock it. I tried getting him to fix it but I was ignored all the way until he sold it. I am pretty sure I seen in the chat that others had the same issue. Can admin unlock it please?

The way Roulette works -
You buy 10 lucky coins for 400 credits, for example.
You bet 1 coin each, and out of 10 bets, say, you won 6, lost 4. That means you get 6 * 2 = 12 coins.
Now, the 12 coins will not be in your lucky coin balance.
12 * 39 = 468 credits will be added to your main credit balance. And your lucky coin balance will be 0.

Roulette is working fine for me too, i have used 2 lucky coins to bet on 19-36 , i won, the credits added to the balance and of course 2 lucky coins are subtracted from total.
To make sure you see the proper amount of credits in balance just refresh home page 1 more time, because the balance doesn't have real time update even after you sell stuff.
And yes, use New game button to go back when you run out of lucky coins then click on Roulette word from menu navbar to go back to home page.
Also
If you bet but you don't spin and go back to home page or close the browser tab, the faucet memorize your bet and next time when you come back to roulette you will still have a spin to do for your bet. This might be confusing sometimes but it's fair.
