I never had such problem but hope anybody has a solution. The first think I would do: call the bank and ask why did it happened.
Also: where are you from? Maybe that has something with the local laws?

5 days ago Visa suspended the activity of WaveCrest, so Tenx, Wirex, Xape, Bitwala and cryptoPay are not working anymore.
Is there any alternative right now to spend crypto with cards ? any company have a mastercard that can word worldwide?
