Yo la he comprado en otro sitio son tarjetas de un banco polaco, que debes registrar como si fueses polaco y te asignan una cuenta bancaria polaca que te permite recibir transferencias SEPA (no realizarlas)
No esta mal y es un buen modo de evitar sustos con hacienda aunque hay que usar datos falsos para registrarse (te adjunta el vendedr un PDF donde te dice que poner)....asi que su legalidad es dudosa. La mia ni siquiera la he activado. Pero en cualquier caso una opcion.

Thats the beauty of it, you can send it to Brad Pitt with your IBAN/SWIFT and it still arrives.

SWIFT is easily available on many countries, however they ask for a 'receivers name'.

You can load the cards by international transfer, too.

I have not found information regarding SEPA transfers to EU, I will ask tomorrow at the local Banks,
if SEPA available I will purchase one in less than 24 hours.
Wish to know if there is are other methods to load the card, maybe someone in EU could receive my Bitcoins and make deposit into the account?

The account is in the EU, so if you can send to an EU account you can use the account.

Would it involve having a USA Bank Account or how would I know if I have all the Requirments needed to load with Bitcoins from the country I am currently at?

I have only know cards wich charge a small fee for shopping or withdrawing, even with Bitcoin debit cards I have seen,
Is this 100% true ? or small letters apply?

Yes, you can send 2500€ to the card per calendar year.
You cant use it with MtGox, because the bank account is not in Spain.
The IBAN is unique and tied to the card.
You can shop for free with the card or withdraw from ATMs.

- ¿Qué quiere decir esta parte: Maximum balance on the card per calendar year: 2500€/3500$/2100£ (7500€/10500$/6300£ in 3 calendar years) ? Sólo puedo recargarla con un máximo de 2500€ anuales?
- ¿Podría por ejemplo hacer una retirada de dinero desde MtGox hacia la tarjeta? ¿El número de cuenta IBAN, SWIFT son únicos?
- Vivo en España, ¿puedo sacar dinero en mi cajero habitual?

Se trabaja a nivel internacional con SWIFT, SEPA pero es más barato.
