i can only verify the usa paypal account with this VCC ^_^ , i do not have virtual bank account,yes i am willing to use escrow (for fast contact on my skype xxv2012)

you are saying you can only verify usa paypal account and at the same time you are saying you do not provide virtual bank account then how can you verify usa paypal account when you dont provide virtual bank account as usa paypal account must needs a bank account attached to it in order to get verified not only just vcc

I can answer part of that. You can't verify a US paypal with a vcc. Search a vba in these forums.

Also you'd need a US vcc (that can pass AVS address verification) to use on your US paypal.
