2, functional group members
The functional group is mainly composed of two parts, namely the technology development function group and the community development function group. The technical development function group members are mainly technical developers, and the community development function group members are mainly non-technical personnel. The specific contents are as follows:
(1) Technology development function group: In addition to the volunteer function of the trainee, it can participate in the discussion and implementation of the third-party technology ecological construction in the community, complete the technical development related tasks issued by the community, and obtain technical development task rewards. In addition, functional group members have nominations and voting rights for new members of this functional group.
(2) Community Development Function Group: In addition to the volunteer function of the trainee, you can participate in community development issues such as direction discussion and proposal implementation, AMT community online community management, and AMT community online and offline activities. In addition, functional group members have nominations and voting rights for new members of this functional group.
3, POWERS
(1) Participate in POW volunteer related meetings and participate in the development of core programs related to AMT community.

Second, the promotion system
1. Promotion of trainee volunteers: open management

(1) Promotion to a functional group member shall be nominated by the current functional group member, POWer or team, and voted by more than 60% of the functional group (51% system).
(2) The nominee must be from a trainee volunteer and must be a trainee volunteer for more than one week.
(3) Prohibit all acts that damage the image of the AMT community. Once found, the nominee will be punished with a minimum of one month's corresponding rights. If the nominee is a team, the team will determine the penalty.
3. Promotion of POWERS: closed management
(1) Promotion to POWer must be nominated by the current POWer or recommended by the functional group (80% of the members of the functional group, 66% of the support is recommended), and finally decided by more than 80% of POWer votes (66%).
(2) The nominee must be a member of the functional group and must be a member of the functional group for more than one month.
(3) All acts that damage the image of the AMT community are prohibited. Once found, the nominee will be punished with a minimum of three months' POW interest.
(4) Provisional POWERS The number of members is 20% of all volunteers.

4, POWERS re-election mechanism
(1) The re-election cycle is re-elected once every quarter, and the last full week of each quarter is re-elected, and the results of the re-election are announced on the first Monday after the re-election.
(2) The re-election system adopts the elimination system, ranking the total number of votes for all individuals in the quarter, and the last 20% is to optimize the candidates, and the optimized candidates will return to the corresponding functional groups.
(3) After the optimization, the new POWERS promotion work is started, and the candidate is determined by the existing POWERS nomination or functional group recommendation, and the existing POWERS vote determines whether to promote.
(4) The optimized candidate regression function group can become a POWERS candidate again after one quarter.
Third, CP incentive system
CP (Community Pioneers) contributed the AMT Community Volunteer Medal as one of the indicators to measure the contribution of AMT volunteers. The initial exchange ratio with VNS is 1 to 500. The CP architecture is as follows:
1. CP acquisition method:
(1) Basic rewards: The CP is distributed monthly to volunteers who become POWs, one per person per month, and a monthly contribution vote. The top 30% of the volunteers receive an additional CP.
(2) Contribution rewards: Every month, POWERS organizes the contribution events into a table (including contribution events and major contributors, the current maximum number of events in the table is 20), and votes are divided into three gradients, ranking the top 10%, 20 %, 50%, the event participants get 3, 2, 1 CP respectively.
2, CP value role
(1) Honor Value: As a contributor's medal for the AMT community, CP represents the community's affirmation of contributors and is a symbol of honor.
(2) Value of interest: The initial price of CP is 500VNS, which is generated by the helper system. With the development of the community, the value of CP will continue to increase. CP value will be matched to community development to avoid contributing value depreciation.
(3) Community Dividend: The monthly community will generate a Bonus package based on the community development of the month and distribute it to the CP holder according to the current CP holding percentage.
3, CP's guest parameters
