No. To my knowledge, those two accounts belong to entirely different individuals. In 3 days you decided the outcome? First the reward seemed too high to be true and then nobody showed interest in posting except the owners? Did the users who join not post once? Also, you agreed for escrow but did not wait at all before closing the bounty. You should have waited for atleast a week.

2- no top poster (only me and my friend both owners of forum) made 10 post's each
3- no other user posted except me and my friend(again i repeat owners of forum)
4- since there is no activity bounty is closed.....
