We are a lot of sellers who have 100% positive feedbacks and this random guy screw us just because he is older than us here ...

Think about it.  If I were to steal cars and sell them for 1/20th their value, I'd have nothing but positive feedback as well.   Undecided

and did he know for sure that the accounts were stolen?

Considering all these sellers are teenagers, it's a safe bet.   Wink

The OP can show me proof he purchased these keys, and I'll be happy to remove the negative feedback and issue an apology.

Are you blind ? Do you see anywhere THAT I'M SELLING KEYS Huh
I'm awaiting for your apologize and retreat your negative Wink

and about teenagers thing twice before opening your mouth Wink If you don't know me stfu

lol, the neg should be removed, did VOD go in the future and predict what will happen? here is what VOD said

"Selling stolen MSDN Admin invites. They will stop working in the future. "

and did he know for sure that the accounts were stolen?

Because that might happen in the future. And if something like that can happen this is a scam, is like selling television that i know will stop working in a few weeks.

And this posts are super annoying already, 1 of every 5 posts here in meta are against Vod

This is because he gave negative without thinking before .

He works at Microsoft, so its possible he would have access to tools to determine the viability of the invites.

Why everytime that there is a problem, someone will open a thread instead to try discussing with the other user through PM (personal message)? *just a general question, not regarding only with the OP but with all the users who have opened a thread here in this section.

To many people, retribution > resolution.

I do not understand what do you mean with your "retribution > resolution."

Many users want the other party to be hurt alongside them, rather than actually to actually resolve the problem. And that is the purpose of their threads.

= retribution > resolution

Again : trust sistem is not moderated, and open a thread to argue the problem will only complicate more the situation.

Thanks for the attention.

because he never respond to my pm , this is why

If he didn't reply to your PM why should he reply to this thread?

They're using BizSpark MSDN accounts. Those are intended for start-up companies to get started with Microsoft products.

It's kind of the-first-shot-is-free marketing. If the start-up grows they may be hooked on Microsoft products and more likely to buy proper licences. However those accounts are widely abused, as demonstrated here.

As you can see there are more member who sell this stuff and ME , i'm not selling keys or something else .
I'm selling my startup so it's not my bussines what the buyer do with keys
use or sell .

I am right ?

No, depending on the level of your subscription you are also allowed production (non-test & development) use of certain types of Microsoft software included with the subscription. For example you are allowed to use one production copy of Office, Visio, Project, etc., if you have a higher subscription such as MSDN Premium or Ultimate. However, even if you are only allowed to use one copy of Office for production use, the subscription might come with 10 so called retail keys (which you can activate several times, unlike real retail keys), so in theory you could still use a legit subscription illegally. An example of this if you have an MSDN subscription from work and installed copies of Outlook on your work computer and your home computer (unless you were specifically using one copy for doing Outlook-related software development).

Thank you.

As soon as there is a lot of people who sell this , i assume that i can sell that too .
And since there isn't a RULE for not selling this keys , i am allowed to do that here
and SINCE i have 0 complains why this guys comes with a neg ?

You can still sell it.

where do you see that i'm selling keys here ?
I'm selling only INVITES / ADMINS so from where did he thought that i have stealed that ?

Don't they block accounts if they found you are selling invitations? If yes, wouldn't it also affect buyers?

1. I can still sell invites admins , but my heart is hurt when i receive this PM

2. If someone have problem with what i sold , i helped him to regain acces and both parts ( me and buyer ) are happy Smiley
