This project will be starting this week. I've ordered the hosting, and it will probably take me a couple of days to set up the installation.

Because the project allows for the real time editing of posts whilst discussing the topic via voice contact, it will have to be limited to approved members of the Fit to Talk English project. It will also require a Fit to Talk moderator to be online at the same time. It is anticipated that participants will be able to move their post over to the Bitcoin Talk forum, and they will receive any credit for this. The constructed post will be on a closed board to avoid any risk of plagiarism.

1) The forum has been designed for written-discussions. Therefore, it seems that you have had wrong approach to solve the problems. It is good for English learners in general, but is not really relevant to the forum.
When you SPEAK a language, you learn to use it to think and it becomes a true second language IMO. It's easier to write stuff in another language if you can THINK in that language and work out what words can fit or not and more importantly, why they can't fit.

2) Shitty posters will don't care about your efforts. Personally, real users don't contribute to the endemic of shitty threads in the forum. At least, their proportional contributions are much lower than shitty posters, account farmers, for sure.

We don't want bad posters.
Are you countering the relative usefulness of their/your posts in comparison to "real users"?

If you would like to keep helping forum members to improve their speaking skills first.

Are they American, British, Australian...?
It's really obvious if you learn an accent when you speak in a language (they are really different accents also).

So what do you think of Accorders.com as the domain name.

Accorders are people who bring harmony.

I did.
Did you read my post?

Those sort of lazy guys should be stayed in their cesspits forever. They don't need our helps, instead they should be wipen out of the forum somehow.

I don't want to help users who are happy to stay in the cesspits and the underworld here. However, not all members are like that, and I don't think the ambitious ones should be penalised because an accident of birth means they weren't exposed to the English language early in life.

Did you read my post? Of course the forum is for written discussions, but that doesn't stop people posting annoying pictures because they can't write text. My projects are preliminary stages to help people graduate to posting good text here. That is why they are off the forum.

I've just started this thread about using a Teamspeak server to help new members to post. I'd be interested in some comments from senior members about the idea.

You actually tried to help forum members (real ones) to improve their English skills.
However, there are two important factors should be taken into deeply considerations at first:

1) The forum has been designed for written-discussions. Therefore, it seems that you have had wrong approach to solve the problems. It is good for English learners in general, but is not really relevant to the forum.

2) Shitty posters will don't care about your efforts. Personally, real users don't contribute to the endemic of shitty threads in the forum. At least, their proportional contributions are much lower than shitty posters, account farmers, for sure.

I'm not sure I should admit this, but my primary motivation is anti-globalist. I don't want to help the spammers, but I do want to help genuine members who want to cope in a changing world, and who want to preserve their national identity. There are quite a few such members here, and these are the guys I would like to help. It's really a coincidence that this initiative coincides with the improvement of Bitcoiin Talk. Bitcoin and the better crypto are going to play a major part in helping people to survive in the new world.

I chose Teamspeak because it can run alongside other applications, and many gamers use it. I'm not a gamer, but many gamers make valuable contributions, if you can get them to leave their joysticks alone that is. Smiley I hope that by restricting membership, administering it won't be too onerous, and can be a bit of a sideline. I have a volunteer who will help me to set up the VPS, and that will be a useful excercise for me.

Another good initiative Jet Cash, and I applaud your constant efforts to make this forum a better place to be. My only questions are who would be staffing this service, and how much time would they realistically be able to dedicate?

You could try using Discord or Mumble - both are completely free and just as good as TeamSpeak. If you really want to use TeamSpeak, you could at least trial your project on either of these platforms to judge uptake/efficacy before spending any funds on a server.

I like the idea and the effort you have been putting in to prevent spam But Jet cash let's be honest for a moment. Do you really think these account farmers/spammers really care about their English? I think you know the answer to my question. There are literally countless free sources available across the web to learn English from. If these people were willing to put the hard work in they would have used them. What makes you think they will use this service instead of 1000s of other solutions out there? IMO this is just a waste of resources which can be spent elsewhere.
