As you can read on the contract if the original amount of 7.5k ETH isn't reached, all funders are able to get their eth back during two days, if after those 2 days the funds left are enough we will be able to develop voise anyway, also depends in the btc and eth value, they may be about to suffer a hit so we can't tell for sure just yet.

Voiseit crowdfunding is going on slowly slowly but steadily on its targets. It has collected good amount and remaining percentage of minimum threshold is not seeming big thing anymore. Voiseit should have received huge response but people are putting money into quick schemes. Project is stunning and will get real attention what is deserve after delivering the content.
