I think so good marketing strategy would be helpful to raise the awareness about this nice project. Music industry on blockchain will become more powerful and every participant will be winner in long term.
Recent progress of ICO is not so impressive but I think there is still hope to reach the minimum fund cap. Such a nice project but raised amount is still very low it would be nice to give try to them it will be worth for it.

If you are not allowed to invite new users, that may be due to too many pending registrations.

of ICO, I think voise can do it.. They have raise a good amount already in just minutes, too early to judge but I remain positive with this project.
