even before that you got to have at least 300-400 unique views per day

Yeah thats possible but we our dedicated to our work to give our user's the right rank result.

And how about the even more likely scenario when you will encounter lots of bots voting for a specific service?
I guess it can't be truly avoided. But maybe if you keep voting totally open (i.e. it show how many people voted everyday, restrict same IP voting etc.) it can help.

Well, the site owner wants users/site owner to submit the links. he could also add the links, but he has to spend a lot of time searching around to add all the links or he wants to farm email ids?

Gambling is made to spend some money to get that excitement so if you can't afford to spend money for those paid fun activities then better don't gamble. You can find any free activities to get enjoyment. But you shouldn't expect anything in return when you gamble because it completely depends on luck and if you're not lucky, then you can't make money from it.

OP is adding more the sites to make it more popular to get more visitors to his site so that he/she can make some money from the advertisements.
