I have different amount of bet for different type of betting as for sports betting with single bet i mostly try with 0.01 but if i am sure about that success more than 90% than i go with from 0.05 to 0.20 as per odds but for parlay it based on odds maybe sometime as low as 0.001.
I place minimum bet at 0.01BTC and maximum prely depends on the situation in casino gambling.Whereas in sports betting I place for parlay at least 0.005BTC and in single game depends on the odds to have some profit.
Minimum bet 0.001 maximum 0.01 (parlay) and min 0.005 max 0.05 (single bet) on sports betting. And on casino I usually only bet small amount like 1000 satoshi up to 5mbtc (dice) never bet more than 5mbtc on dice 
Many users complained at MoneyPot thread after their decision to set minimum bet of 100 satoshis. There are lot of players who want to bet under 100 satoshis I personally do not support bets under 1 cent.
0.002 BTC which is 50 cent is best minimal bet size for casino games.This is good to start as fun and sometimes can be raised up to take profit.
With 0.50 btc bankroll 0.001 is looking good to go for gambling and i think it has chance to get some profit from this base bet.

i vote for "Smaller then 1 cent (0.00004 BTC)", i choose this one because i dont have so many "bitcoins" so i need to be carrefully to dont loose everything in few minutes lol, also dont forget if i bet is because i want to have some funny too and i dont want to loose it in minutes like i said

for me if high odds I would wager a minimum of 0.001BTC. but for small odds max bet is 0.01BTC

I think that to be fair you must add another option. To not bet at all. In this way can be understand more about the desire of the people to bet in the casinos and the right amount that must be used in the bets.
For me its 0.001 btc with bitcoin betting site. I mostly bet on soccer matches.
The best size of minimum bet at any casino for me is 0.0022BTC (50 cents) in some type of gambling games.For sports bets definitely minimum bet will need to be increase to take some profit at least.
I am going to bet on 50 cent I think that is the safest amount to settle when betting for me!

It depends on gambling and on our strategy to play there sometime 1 satoshi looking reasonable but i think pool section doesn't cover all option for votintg, op needs to add more option for bigger bankroll for many site we have to something bigger than 0.50 Btc to play there.
If you want to gamble for fun then minimum bet size should be 1 cent, which is not possible for long time to gamble just for fun.When someone begins to loose then forgets all rules and principles and most of the people begin to place high bets just to cover their small losses.Gambling is not recommended at all it doesn't matter the size of bet.
Minimum should be 1 satoshi. Let the people choose what to wager is the best policy.
I vote for smaller than 1 cent, at least smaller than 1 cent for playing slot machine.. For card game or table game it can bigger than 0.001 btc
In a year or so we will probably laugh at these amounts we are picking as best bet. Why? because we need to calibrate to new price. Which is, unknown.
