Yes, but I think you have to be at least rank Member to make a request.

Wait, I thought he will just give us one random account if our post is the 10th post. In fact, he will give use any account without looking at the number of the post.
Simple requests get a random low tier account, every 10th gets to choose a specific high tier account.
