I don't get how a clearnet VPN can be really anonymous.
The servers see you as a IP, the IP (may or may not) be not traceable to you.
Given that, all servers see your IP unless you logout and switch to a other server.
Unlike I2VPN, you can also not guarantee that you DO NOT track users, unless you have a audit from a really trusted source. (that doesn't even guarantee it).
You are pseudonymous at your best, that is possible.
