How much should I charge
I can get a cheap VPS (2.0 ghz x1 core, 512mb ram, 25GB HDD, 100/100 connection) for around $8. Considering your bandwidth is very low, a fair market price would be $3.
+1 Somewhere in the $3-5 range.

I Said I will upgrade specs, What specs do you recommend me to add?
Here are some $90 offerings from a very reputable dedicated server provider: https://i.minus.com/ikPl0qcyfNnvG.png. if you want to be competitive, you'll need to lower your prices significantly or provide better specs. Keep in mind that offering a service in bitcoins does not justify a high mark-up. For all I know, you could be converting the bitcoins straight to paypal and buying from a third party host.

for $40 you can get a dedicated server with better specs. why would anyone pay more than 100% markup?

Do you realise that there are many many providers online accepting Bitcoin and take $5-$8 for low end and way less than 1 BTC worth for high ends?

No way is anyone going to pay 1BTC a month for those specs.

I dont have a single client that pays 1BTC a month, and I have a LOT of clients.

No one pays over 1BTC for hosting or servers.

Especially when its hosted from your home, where is the security? 24/7 engineer to assist with issues?

Plan, start & run a business. Don't offer something you cannot provide in full.

you said you Wanted to BUY A server? Shipped to you?

Yeah, you said you had a bunch of extra servers lying around, so I asked what price you would sell (and ship) a server for?

For how much would you sell one server? I have been thinking of buying one to play with?
Depends, what are you looking for? (asking price)
I am not looking for a price, I am looking for a server Huh

In other words, what's your budget for the server?
