i never heard about massplanner ... but you can download and upload video ( fast connection ) with no problem.
only think you can't do with videos is play them ( sound is muted in VPS & Quality reading is not good)

I managed to solve this problem. Seems like it is because of keyboard settings. Change the keyboard settings from Keyboard(FRA) to Keyboard(ENG). Check the screenshot to change the settings:
I also seem to have the problem where the keys type the wrong letter. The "a" key types a "q", and vice versa. This happens with some other keys too.
