Regardless, their commitment was delivery in 4 to 6 weeks from confirmed order or your money back.

At 6 weeks + one day I start the refund process.

I trust their competition to get the performance ramped up on their new device more than I trust BFL to deliver their already fully functional device. Sad, really, since the BFL hardware and specs look nice.

However, honesty/integrity does count.

For an example of BFL honesty, go to this page: http://www.butterflylabs.com/drivers/
and download one of the 'currently available drivers' one through four. They are claiming capabilities they are not delivering.

Because you may be able to sell your place in line. Then again BFL definition of a "line" is pretty loose when orders placed 3 weeks after mine have shipped but mine hasn't.

Still waiting but it sucks when a company sit on your cash for more than 30 days. I would have saved in BTC and saw 20% return.

So keep the BFL Single since you paid and are in line waiting. Mine with it once delivered, save your BTC, put in your pre-order for an ASIC when that is available. When the ASIC is delivered, then start the trade in process on the BFL Single. (Just so you don't have to go without hashing power.)

Could be December before those who ordered their singles in the Spring see there goods, so what's the problem?
