... a stack of boards sitting ready to go ...
Can you give any rough number/quantity to that "stack of boards"?

"tens" leaves me as a less than happy camper.
(Not unhappy. Just less than happy.  Smiley )

Hundred or more leaves me with hope that they might quickly catch up with order backlog.

tens would make me a happy camper.
In fact, only ten (singular) would make me happy... as I am next in line Smiley

They are waiting on cases of all things.  There's a stack of boards sitting ready to go but nothing to put them in.  At least that was the case last week.

I offered to take some of the bare boards off their hands, but strangely they declined.

Why don't they just get these boards populated in China or at least at a company that fabricates boards...

What part of waiting for CASES makes you think the boards aren't populated?

Misread the post, my bad.
[and the "bare boards" part alludes to their being no components on them]

Yes, that's what I meant.  They out of metal enclosures.  The boards are ready to go though... which is why I'd be happy to mine with them just hanging from my rack Smiley

Sounds like he means completed boards, and no enclosure, not bare PCBs.

It's probably a liability issue.

So into Wednesday now and not even one delivery reported ?
Potentially concerning. For me. Smiley

Either they have assembled and shipped all they could with the 'batch' of materials they received and must now wait for more materials to be received. (Concerning to me due to the quantity of units ahead of me in the wait list compared to the verified number of units shipped.)

Or, what I hope, Monday being a US holiday they only started getting new units shipped starting yesterday.

FYI, all, I am still waiting for my 10 singles ordered on 3/27.

mrb,

Perhaps you will be thankful.  I got your singles, so to speak (ordered 3/30).  Only 1 will run over 832 Mh/s and 1 will only run 768.  The others at 816 and 800.

So maybe with the delay you get a good batch that will run 892  Wink

The new units might cost $100000.

That is FUD

Maybe if they come up with a new form factor that does 500 Gh/s...

BFL-Engineer already said pricing is far below $100K

They didn't sell many (as best I know) MR at $15,290 -- how many will buy a $100K unit?
I don't think the majority of individuals that are the type to purchase the $15k units are the type that would like to advertise the fact they have done so.
