roach has found a safe haven in this thread because of the rule changes
he can't post in other threads because mods would delete him for rule breaking
he can't be deleted from the forum because free speech even for assclowns
we don't want him here
sooo, give him (ask theymos) his own thread with modified rules but ban him from the rest of the forum and here for breaking spam/troll rules
counterargument: exceptionalism. other troll spammers could come itt and irritate us, hoping to get given their own special thread.
