The relationship between the chosen people and the rest of humanity has been...complex.

Then they become intellectual, decadent, weak in both mind and body and are taken over by another, ascendant, culture or simply wither away into... well, into afghanistan and such places.
Both the ascent and descent have certain specific markers, among them and relevant to our interests is the fact that ascendant cultures are almost universally homogeneous, that is, they are not multicultural.
Cultures on the decline are, and jews, living among other peoples as they do, can only exist in a culture in decline. Which is why they do everything to undermine it.
