They are dumping BCH to buy BTC. Good to see it finally surpassed $ 3000. Now we will have many thread with the theme:

"When did bitcoin get to $4000?"

"When did bitcoin get to $5000?"

"With the Segwit Activation, what will be the price of bitcoin?

Adam stole the $3200 number from me.  It was the max upside potential dump target before another halving occurs.  The earlier halvings have a large chance of increasing price, but the next ones are kind of a crapshoot when inflation is only 4% already.

If you could just Bring it on that would be good, My miners breath hot air like this for breakfast.

Well done to the winners of micgoossens's ATH contest, kudos for being correct with your predictions. Sometimes, being overly optimistic pays off eh? I don't really benefit much from new ATH so soon, but can't say am not pleased!

It's still the evening for me, around 2:15AM local time. I was lucky with the timing on this rally, sitting at home watching the Jays' game in one window and BitcoinWisdom in another.

The Jays lost. Bitcoin won.

Hopefully by the time I wake up in 9-10 hours I'll be greeted by as pleasant a surprise as you seem to have had.

We're currently going through a small profit-taking/correction after breaking past $3200USD. This is totally to be expected after such an abrupt rise but it doesn't mean this rally is done. We might see another ATH before morning.

As an extra bonus, we might even eventually get something for the BCH altcoins in our paper wallets, although I don't expect much (currently about $250USD each). That's less than what each of our coins gained during the ball game.

Isn't holding fun?
