That shit cuts both ways and is obfuscating by design. Sometimes a slap on the ass is filed under sexual assault, right alongside rape cases. And sometimes rapes are filed under sexual assault, right alongside slaps on the ass. It all depends who the rapist is and who is the rapee.
What we can say for sure is that the number of sexual transgressions increase as immigration does.
From there all we need to do is extrapolate. And given that cops in many countries are under orders to downplay any kind of immigrant problems, sexual crimes included, it is not hard to see which way things are going.
Extrapolations regarding Canada:

Official figures from the United Nations show that there were 12 kidnaps per 100,000 in Canada in 2010. That compares with only 0.6 in Colombia and 1.1 in Mexico. Can this possibly be explained by the fact that parental disputes over child custody are included in the figures? Nope. Canadians are obssessed with kidnapping. It's a deep-rooted part of their cultural heritage. Trust me. I've been kidnapped 5 times on three seperate occasions. It hurts, man.
