Jimbo's probably enjoying his lake and barbecuing up some steaks since we had some record high temps last week - one day we broke a 75 year-old record.
Actually, I was too busy with IRL stuff to make it up to the lake during that sweet spot after the snow melted and before the blackflies and mosquitos started. Also we've been busy with renovations on the new house we bought downtown last summer. Still working on the reverse mortgage to keep making capital gains tax payments without selling
any much more Bitcoin. Trying to keep as much of my stash together until we achieve some new ATHs in a couple of years. Trying to get into a lower tax bracket.
Yes it has been ridiculously hot lately. Luckily we have excellent air conditioning in the city. Can't see going north to hide out behind screens running a generator to keep the AC going 24/7. Hopefully the blackflies will be done soon. Steaks on the barbecue at the lake will have to wait just a little longer.
Don't worry. Once we start making price daily gains in the tens of thousands of dollars you'll see the trains and fiddles again. It may be a heat wave IRL but it's still late Bitcoin winter. The Bitcoin days may be getting longer but it's still fucking freezing. Bitcoin spring is just around the corner.
