china gov is buying as many bitcoin as possible, it will be used to do all sort of things, bitcoin can be used in wars to come, lol btc will rise so fast hehe

Are order books (ask) really "empty"? How do you know that? I see that there are no more than 1200 btc until $498 on Stamp, but the orders might be hidden or appear in a second.
