getting real close to a buyer's strike mentality and serious illiquidity .... dangerous territory for highly leveraged shorts and exchanges that harbour them with a limited good

I am a bit confused. Buyer's strike -> lower price -> good for shorts...

So you mean a shorter's strike?

I sold a small part of my stash at $390. Not sure if I should buy back with it...

What it feels to sell and see how instantly the price grow 25$?

Better to hodl than to live with anxiety of having to buy back. Peace of mind and enjoy the ride, wherever it goes.

I'm confident that I'll be able to buy back in somewhere in $380s. I don't really stress out about the market, even though it may seem that way to the people that see me check the price every 20 minutes. Right now, I'm just playing with some spare money, and even though it hurts when I lose money... I'm glad to have been part of it. The experience is what really matters to me (and the money, that matters about as much)

Yes. Not great being locked in a short position you cannot close without the price jumping to 800 dollars Smiley

You're never too old to think young.
Congrats to all who bought at $200-$300!

And to all who bought in double (or single) digits.

Single digits = millionaires
Double digits = millionaires after this rally
Triple digits = ... in a few years

A little comfort in my old age.

When I get too old to do everything myself, I hope I'll be in a position to hire and fire my own caregivers, not depend on some gulag for the elderly.

Luckily I'm only 67 so I've still hopefully got lots of time.

I need to ask this now. WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING? I was watching the price 2 hours ago as it was at $390 and thought that it will be hard to crack the $400. And now I check the charts and see $412...

not much coins left to buy on exchanges Smiley; time to panic for big investors

this is not hyperbole, eventually what has to happen with these bubbles is that people just aren't going to sell which creates more price increase, more speculation more buys and more holders. bitcoin is the ultimate bubble machine, repeat every 6-24 months guaranteed

Heh, I sold some of mine at $399, now I'm just waiting for that dip to buy back. I hope I haven't made the wrong choice. Remember when $350 was an ambitious goal? Man, two months ago seems so far back now.
