Is this crash due to all New York customers cashing out due to being dropped by every exchange because of bit license deadline?

bitlicense could very well be a reason here...

Could be. Some people have only bitcoin on exchanges, and don't know what to do when they are ordered to remove the BTC, except sell them. It seems they (finex) are about to sell off the remaining BTC balances for NY residents after the limit of 4:00 pm EDT on August 15, 2015.

Does bitstamp still service NY?  Coinbase certainly does.

Edit:  Does BTC-e care? Grin

Thousands of years ago before books were printed in any quantity, people would memorize an entire book so that they could share it with others.

what books were printed thousands of years ago??   Huh

there was no print thousands of years ago and paper was expensive, too expensive, so the books were mostly memorized, and few copies manually written, if any.

Welcome back Tinkerbell, I missed ya...

Now. can i have that gif of a pink pony on a trampoline?

I just need to quote this as a reference in case I ever start to question the professor's true motives regarding bitcoin.

Not even pretending to employ any semblance of professional academic indifference any more, are we professor?

Very well, carry on.

Maybe not printed but written/scribed.  You know the books written by the greeks.  That was over 2 thousand years ago.  Long books at that.  Like The Iliad and Odyssey from 2800 years ago.  All from the tradition of storytelling.

The kernal of this was imparted to me over 50 years ago and I have embellished it much like Homer, well maybe a little bit.

I'm here now because I need to be up in 6 hrs for work and debating whether to buy some more now.

Let's see how long this bad movie will keep me up so I will be ready for my 12 hour work day. Tongue

Permabull Bitcoin Investor
Good morning Bitcoinland.

First real volume in weeks I see, and it's a $10 dumpdown.

Enough to get the trolls 'n' sox worked up to the lather point.

I immediately stuffed a couple of grand into my wallet to go buy a few more coins, then realized my neighborhood 4% fee BTC ATM is only open Monday-Friday. Since Decentral actually raised it's ATM fees to 9% this is a deal-breaker.

Hopefully these cheap prices will last until Monday morning. Why do these things always seem to happen on weekends or when I'm out of town? Sigh.
_______

BTW, for those who expressed concern, it seems I've beaten the pneumonia. Went to the hospital for a follow-up on Thursday and was given a clean bill of health.

Also, for those who find my morning greetings repetitive and boring, what about Abercrombie's "Is crypto done?" post on every little dip? Does he actually think it's clever or funny? LOL

I'm so happy you are fine my old friend.

Could you advise me how to beat the boring syndrome ? I'm bored as f***

Jumbo, this is for you Smiley
