Meanwhile French fin min "I will repeat, France is on hand at any time to find a solution for #Greece. Before the 30th, on the 30th, after the 30th...", EU won't let grexit to happen now at any cost to save EU countries from ultimate financial damage. They will do whatever it takes to rescue euro, "And Varoufakis (greece's fin min) even floated the prospect of the Greek government reversing its position and backing the plan in next Sunday’s referendum - if creditors offered better terms." There will be a deal eventually.

Only #France wanted an extension of the Greek programme at the EWG. All other MS were against: official. #Grexit #Greece #Eurogroup

Maybe France is scared that it will be pushed down the same road:  http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2015-06-25/forget-grexit-madame-frexit-says-france-next-french-presidential-frontrunner-wants-o

Strange, yet attractive.
Greece debt crisis: Eurozone refuses bailout extension

http://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-33300543

They said there would be no extension possible the last time until after the deadline. Then they not only gave them an extension but also found extra emergency money to throw at them for keeping things afloat until the extension's deadline. If Greece is having a referendum about it on 5th July the institutions could well refuse an extension, then change their minds and grant one.

Hint: Monday is coming... tick tock, tick tock...

this is traders place but anyway I am economist and I can tell you that within the next week shit will hit the fan in greece:

I have no idea how this should work out without capital controls, I see no way how they will stop people from running the ATMs: I assume the ECB will stop giving the greek banks fiat over the next days etc. pp.

I really feel sorry for the greece people and I am ashamed of the position my government as well as the rest of the eu have driven: I would really motivate the greek bitcoiners here to sell on localbitcoin over the next weeks - you could really make a difference in the lifes of some people

This time it's different? If we see a rally soon. The blocksize-limit(debate)uncertainty (BSLDU) will be the killer on top of the bubble.
Dont forget about >40.000 BTC from USMS waiting to be sold, auction happened: late july 2014, november 2014, early march 2015, july 2015? EU and ECB dont need all this mess with greece, there will be an agreement, most of greeks will vote for acceptance of creditors proposals after the week of total chaos starting right now, their retarded government is not ready for what they've started they dont have any escape plan, people of greece will realise it pretty soon.

Indeed. I forgot. Are the Australian 24k BTC already auctioned off?

Nope.

USD will give you a reason on monday.

someone is eager to anticipate other markets, but I think that this move will cost him a lot.

If this is the only reason, I think it is not enough. Greek people don't want to have USD they want to have Euros. Bitcoin price will be driven by people outside of Greece watching the spectacle in Greece.

BTW, at what point are you going rethink your stance? - just curious.

Edit: If I would be still a bear at this point in time, I would also start to short now.

who cares about greek people? let their government worry about what they want. it's the market thing.
