Looks like we're getting dumped on, hopefully 250 holds, would be a little deflating if we go back to the 240's. I suppose people patiently waited with their finger on the trigger, the pump slowed down & they thought **** it I'm taking profits. I suppose it makes sense as a trader. I HODL on though Wink

The panic is real, lol.

Just short when it goes down and long when it goes up.

Oh, when? Well... NO ONE FUCKING KNOWS.

lol, nice dump and buy at finex  Cheesy
There was no buy

Really hard to sell without a buyer.  Cool

OFC it is. Market makers squeezed shorts to ridiculous 16.600 BTC while longs are around 125.000 BTC. Greece is staying in eurozone, deal will come even before referendum happens, hype is over manipulators do realize that its gonna be pretty damn easy to force panic selling right now to have huge profits so 240$ will come pretty soon or even lower prices, forget about trend reversal, if market makers wanted btc to go above 300$ this summer - they would pump it to >275$ with chinese fake bot volume but they didnt, they just allowed price to retrace to 61.8% fib lvl from the previous high which was pretty expected. BTC wont have a solid uptrend unless blocksize issue is resolved, but now no sane investor will come to the project with fighting core devs, thats why btc is just a pump and dump game for market makers for about 2 years, same volume, same methods of manipulation via chinese bots (ETF from twins aint coming for the same reason). Sorry to say but it looks like there is some kind of hidden project from the banksters or wall street based on the blockchain technology and i bet they are working on their own crypto which is much more reasonable than trying to save btc without having of major amount of its total supply.

Yeah Greece may well stay in the Eurozone, then they may not...

As far as BTC goes, have you ever made a right call? from what I have seen, almost always the opposite of what you say happens..... then again even a broken clock blah blah blah

@Jimbo: Ever have "cold tea" in Chinatown at 3 in the morning?

Fun fact: it's beer served in a tea pot Wink

Lots of times, especially in the bad old days when last call was at 1:00AM and most bars still didn't pack beers to go in paper bags.

It wasn't beer in those days though, usually rye, but it was cheaper than booze cans.

I don't bother any more though. I live in the neighborhood so we usually just get a few beers to go at 2:45 and go to someone's house for an afterparty where we can smoke, toke, drink and do whatever away from prying eyes and ears.

Only suburbanites and other tourists go to booze cans any more... too much cocaine, too expensive and they're all under control of the bikers and infiltrated by cops. In the old days they were actual booze cans, catering to entertainers and bar employees., and run by members of the community.

On-topic: Price dipped back under $260 again but has since gone back up almost to $261.  Cheesy

Happy Canada Day once again. Too bad I cant send you a shot of Crown Royal through the blockchain.  C'mon Vitalik, get that together.  Grin

______

Edit: The weirdest cold-tea-style experience I've had was in Little Italy in the early 1980s. The men's Barzula joint across from our gig offered us a "special" coffee after hours despite the fact we were "Inglese" because we were musicians.

I was appalled to see them lace our coffees with what appeared to be olive brine, but the olives must have been wax or plastic because the "brine" turned out to be overproof grappa. Go figure.

Oh, we were briefly over $261 and now we're back under $260.

Greece has missed the deadline for a €1.5bn (£1.1bn) payment to the International Monetary Fund (IMF), hours after eurozone ministers refused to extend its bailout.

But the ministers say they will discuss a last-minute request from Greece for a new two-year bailout on Wednesday. hmmmmmmm
