China's central bank barred financial institutions from handling Bitcoin transactions. But sure, you can still own Bitcoin in China without getting shot. So you're technically correct.

2K more short contracts opened this weekend alone and the price isn't going down.
I see on the chart that both longs and shorts are increasing. It only means more people are starting to play the market. They bet both ways.
