Self-Custody is a right. Say no to"Non-custodial"
I'm not sure what brought this on, rising prices or a desire to eat healthier.  I feel like for me, the rising cost of groceries has made me embrace restaurants.  I feel like prices haven't made it all the way to sit down restaurants yet and as such they are actually a pretty good deal compared to the usual ratio of groceries to eating out.  So I've been getting a whole lot of doordash delivered and eating out quite a bit.  Bucking that trend, on Tuesday of this week I did cook a pound of bacon and sat around eating it all day with a loaf of freshly baked French bread.  It was honestly a really good day.  Smiley

As for the price of Bitcoin.  I've never felt so bullish over a $150 move upward.  Feels like the trading range just broke and we're about to see a leg up.
This is just how I have been lately. My feeding pattern has been mostly eating at restaurants. I do feel guilt though whenever I remember that it costs more eating at a restaurant. It's a habit I am trying to break free from off but sometimes, I just think it cost less than cooking. I have never felt so optimistic about bitcoin's price upward movement than I do right now.

I don't mind eating at restaurants, and surely there are some kinds of foods and ingredients in which more confidence can be granted that we are not receiving inferior ingredients - yet many of us should realize that one of the possible issues in terms of eating at restaurants is that they may well be using inferior ingredients that we would be able to ensure NOT to exist if we eat at home, prepare ourselves and/or make sure that the preparation involves better quality ingredients.

Don't get me wrong, I am not completely an ingredients prude because I appreciate that the human body can tolerate quite a bit of abuse and/or bad quality ingredients, but if we are eating at restaurants on a regular basis without reflecting upon the possible inferior ingredients that we may likely be eating, we might not be realizing the various ways that we might be sacrificing some nutrition for mere convenience and/or laziness... so there may well not be any absolute correct answers, even though some folks might be more in-line with realizing areas in which they have to pay more attention to their ingredients, and as we age, we frequently will come to realize that our levels to be able to tolerate nutritional abuse may well not be as great as it was in the days that we were a young and energetic whipper-snapper.   Wink

In udder wurds.. financial costs should not necessarily be the ONLY calculations that we are making when determining whether, where and/or what kinds of food preparations that we are willing to have other make for us.. your milage may vary.   Tongue

A studio to record really bad songs? (Jay and marcus would like that)
A billiards table to play billiards or snooker. (not that retarded American eight ball crap)
I kid... I always play eight ball on a pool table. It's what everyone knows.
Albeit, my late dear old dad taught me 3 ball billiards and snooker...the real deal, imo, when it comes to games on a pool billiard table.

To me it looks perfect for a table tennis table, if you have a company or can invite one easily.
Table tennis (ping-pong) is basically a range of motion exercise, you can improve your agility, etc, etc
I wish I had a space where I can put one up.

To me, sirazimuth seems more like a ping-pong kind of a guy.  #nohomo

the short term looks ripe for a nice Pop to 18K and then range trading in 17K waiting for that selloff that may or may not come.

Could be.

$BTC exchanges take your $, but don’t actually have your BTC on their books
Because if this, the BTC price does not reflect actual demand, resulting in a lower BTC price📉
It’s your duty as a #Bitcoin ’er to withdraw coins into cold storage so that price reflects demand📈

You just see a number and nothing else if you holding your money on Exchanges and Bank as well.
Basically you own nothing.

Maybe it would be better to assign a probability in terms of how much BTC that you hold that depends upon how you hold it?

Sometimes you might not calculate your probability correctly, so for example, there are a lot of folks who realize that the BTC that they thought that they 100% held on FTX may well have ONLY had been 70%-ish.. so long as they are able to make a withdraw in time, and now they are realizing that they may well have less than  5% odds of recovering 10% of the value that they thought that they had within the next 5-10 years. hahahaha

The Gemini exchange folks likely realize that they had higher probability of holding BTC than the Gemini rewards folks, yet there were some of them who had assigned the same value to those coins... and now they are realizing that they might not be getting all of those coins back, even though their odds might be higher than the FTX folks, perhaps?  I don't claim  to be an expert in assigning probabilities, but it seems to me that if I hold some BTC on Gemini, Binance, Bitstamp, Kraken, Coinbase, CashApp, Robinhood, Bluewallet, Blockchain.IO, or some other exchange (or use of a third party service), the quantity of BTC that I hold may vary, and is higher than 0% even if I don't currently have 100% assurance in regards to the keys to such coins.

I cant decide what to do with the new space above the new garage....  (thank you bitcoin)
A studio to record really bad songs? (Jay and marcus would like that)
An indoor grow room to produce badass, stinky, sticky-icky? (idk, I don't indulge and I currently have a surplus)
Or something I just thought of tonight over a couple of beers...
A billiards table to play billiards or snooker. (not that retarded American eight ball crap)

And now I'm waiting for my manic trolling Greek buddy to post a big, long flaming toxic diatribe of split up quotes and one line replies he thinks are clever,
designed to bolster his "legend hero* in his own mind" status. (*apparently, he had to start a new account. I cant imagine why...)
As he ages, he will come to realize how foolish his posts are.  Or maybe not, who knows if it's permanent brain damage?

If it was me, definitely a music studio, in fact I'm considering converting the garage into one. There wouldn't be enough space above it unless I get a massive dormer I guess. Maybe it's possible.

But what's a studio these days anyway. I guess it depends on what you play. A large desk with good speakers and a super keyboard is all I need. I have that now in one of the down stairs rooms but it feels a bit cramped. Think there would still be space for a pool table if I moved all this to the garage (or above with dormer).

Snooker is ok but it's pretty hard I found when I attempted to play it for a while.

Music setup, pool table, modern arcade machine, outlook onto the garden. I think it would be nice.

maybe change the window to a romeo and juliet balcony . gives a nice garden view and allows for smoking herbs.

I eat lots of beef.

I altered my breakfast.

More beef or pork in the omelets.

Less eggs in the omelets.

More peppers, onions,stringbeans,broccoli,califower.

Same cheese.

I would use 8 jumbo eggs per omelette,I now use four.

I would eat omelette for breakfast and lunch.

It was and still is very low carb thus blood sugar and a1c are stable.

I eat very close to grain free diet.

I also do not eat corn syrup and sugar.

A very small amount of maple syrup. one or two times a week
A small amount of dark chocolate every day.

Walmart sells a decent 16 pack of angus beef 80 percent lean burgers.

I often use a patty in the omelette.

It is about three eggs or $1.50 worth of eggs .

I get a lot of grass feed brisket shipped to my home and slow cook it.

being a diet controlled diabetic is very expensive as you can not eat a ton of cheap food.

I have to limit carrots but I do daily walks and get a lot of sun.
