I agree... but that resistance was there for a long time... It was there before the last run in May. Perhaps i'm projecting hopes of moon.

Likely they are moving it to another exchange since nobody can withdrawal fiat from bitstamp.

I am pretty sure a lot people can withdraw from Bitstamp. There's been some changes obviously (according to the Reddit talks..) but they're also processing withdrawals and deposits as they did before. The problems they're not facing are probably due to the changes in their banking partners.

Likely they are moving it to another exchange since nobody can withdraw fiat from bitstamp.
