Whats up with all the 14 activity posters here telling everyone its over, pack your bags and go home?

uhhh how many times do I need to tell you people. My account was banned by moderators for spreading truth and causing a panic amongst the holdtards. That got me banned, so I was required to set up a new account. I've been through the ups and downs of this market and if there was any justice in this world, I would be "legendary".

what was your account name?

Obviously I can't say that or I'll be banned again.

Any other exchange any better? Has BTC-E run away or showed any signs that they will withhold coins or funds?

Any one of them can claim bankruptcy if they wanted to and do the same to you as BTC-E would which may be regulated differently.

Yes, any of them.  I've read enough horror stories about sending money to BTC-E that I wouldn't advise risking it.

I'm sure there are equal amoutn of horror stories about other exchange but the fact is they are up and running and very liquid. Fact is all corporations/companies die just a matter of timing... and thats where an arb play pays off because you have to weigh the risk reward opportunity where risk factors in time aswell in an arb.

Self-Custody is a right. Say no to"Non-custodial"
Ah the day (2013-4-10) when BTC crashed from $266 to $105 (-60%) in 7 hours.

Then snapped back to $203 (+95%) in 2 hours.

Then took a slide back to $120 (-40%) in 17 hours, after which the trading in Mt.Gox was halted for 10 hours.

When the exchange opened at $130, it soon crashed to $65 (-50%) in 1 hour, after which it recovered to $130 (+100%) in 1 hour.

9 hours later we saw $54 (-60%). In 12 more hours it was already $130 (+150%) yet again.

**

What am I teaching? That price does not matter. Number of bitcoins matters, and low prices are to be used for buying them, not selling.

Thank you Smiley

What's the main purpose for Bitcoin?
Mean of monetary transaction?

I personally just don't see it happening in a long run.

This volatile madness will continue for a while.
Some will win, some lose.

But in the long run, +10 years, it's a no go.
Because it won't fit the sole main purpose.

Thank you Smiley

WHO gives a shit about 10 years from now....?

Of course, BTC needs to have some kind of plan for a future in order to be valuable now, but 10 years, get the fuck real!!!!!!

There are current developments planning and investing and creating payment mechanisms... that is what is important now... ... Developments will continue along the way..

Lol ok buddy whatever you say... I'll let you go back to your corner...

Just as I though, full of hot air.  Guess you forgot that 1USD != 1CAD, not too bright these days, are we Jag Sidhu?

BTC/CAD : 510.50 BTC/USD was 425 at the time of writing.

510.50 / 1.09 = = $468 call it $470, $470 - $425 = $45.

Sure looking like a fool now aren't ya?

Oh, you mean that sketchy dump BTC-E?  Roll Eyes  Go right ahead, you just arb that right up.  All yours tough guy.

More really bearish sentiment. Turn at least short-term is likely close.

I agree, although I would hazard a guess to say we'll see another leg down yet.  The real despair only started within the last couple of hours.  Let the manipulator chinese super whales give it a little pump and another slam down on its face.

More really bearish sentiment. Turn at least short-term is likely close with most everyone who was formerly bullish now bearish.

Only thing that gives me pause is that China appears not to be following the West.

Reading here I start to think: Bitcoin does not need any bears, having such bulls!  Cheesy
Looks like despair is not far away.

I really have to chuckle a bit, as for false interpretation and short to to mid-term skepticism a was called a bear, but looks like being a bear is making strong holding your investment without fear and despair.

C'mon guys, what have you expected? That it would rise without times where the market will shake his participants hard, harder and a lot harder?

Your are venture capitalists! This no government bond.

We're almost there.  I'm guessing we're going to see another four digit dump between now and tomorrow which should really set things off.  Either way, they're not getting my coins.

Prices won't magically shoot up tomorrow or any time soon "just because it's time".

Sweet troll, you are right! It could go to 200, it could go to 100, it could go even to 0. But one thing you are wrong.

If price will go up in the future, it could magically go up, (seemingly) without any reason, same as it's now falling (seemingly) without any reason.

But there is a reason for this fall, and the HODLtards just don't want to hear it. There is no further significant growth to the bitcoin economy, transacation per day have remained fairly constant all year, the mythical bubble didn't happen, and mom and pop investors are growing tired and spending their coins at merchants or just reducing their exposure by sending money back to their safe and sound bank accounts. Why is this so hard to understand?

The official banner of HODL-tards:

I cut my loose once, stung like a bitch.

HOW much did you lose?

I'm a buyer at $535, $518 and $504.

Stop loss at $441.

That was close.  I'm down $177 (11%) on those trades.  I'm tempted to liquidate, but that would be irrational.
