the manual dips are harder to get as I don't stay on coinbase all the time.
I did get a lot of dips in the 15-16k slot.

Provided your exchange doesn't pull the plug when you want to buy.
If coinbase pulls the plug btc is done.
And I lift the btc out of coinbase into my own wallet on a regular basis.
Its gone offline a few times during dips.

dca is weekly not an issue.
and I do a 4x dca manually.
and lift the coins off coinbase .
I don't worry about the dca pretty much sure that it will allow buys.
