things you own end up owning you
I learned something while reading here.
And that is that nobody and i really mean nobody has a fucking clue what they are talking about.
Anybody who uses this thread to know when to buy and sell might as well throw some dice or darts. The results will probably better.
All these "facts" and charts and lines and people acting like they know it all.
It really isn't much better than the Btce troll box here. A bit more civilized maybe but in the end it's nothing but idiots screaming BUY BUY BUY SELL SELL SELL! We all do it in one way or the other.
Also hilarious how everyone is an auction expert suddenly. And a China expert and an expert in anything really.

except that you love the idiots that yell BUY BUY BUY because you are the same type of idiot bull-tard as they are, and you hate traders and non hodlers and who ever question anything, you are like a religious-tard who never question things because it is a sin and god forbid.

Actually no, i think they are annoying as hell.
Welcome to my ignore list by the way.

you ignore everyone on this thread and everyone annoys you, I don't know why you bother to come here... oh yea, you come to tell us what kind of fuck-tards we are then you put us in ignore, this is your job in the forum.

It seems to me that the wall observer is more of a place to have fun with pictures of trains and stuff, rather than actual speculation.
When someone posts an actual chart, everyone points out that it looks like a serpent or something Grin

+1  - At least somebody has been paying attention.

It looks like the diehard bitfinex traders are just keep taking more and more margin positions, until they all get liquidated somehow.

what happens when they get liquidated? whats the end result of all these traders taking more and more margin positions?

If it flash crash to 100, are they  going to cancel that including those who have limit buy orders at 100's?

I suppose they will email private keys to all winning bidders. In single Cc: email.

Have the Bitcoins been split to 3k per address already?

Why would you want to do that? Makes no sense.

I'd just do one transaction distributing the 'blocks' to the 10 recipient addresses. With 0 fee, or course.

I think the 10th one is a partial amount like 2638 or something like that.

Some of us, rather than cursing the dark, are trying to light candles, with varying degrees of success.  It takes a pretty vigorous crap filter to glean anything useful here, but there is such as thing as exogenous input stimulating useful thought.  By voicing opinions, members stimulate each other to think about aspects of the situation which they might otherwise neglect.  If the stimulus is misleading, that is unfortunate, but a vigorous crapfilter should avoid most of that downside.  The worst part is the time-sink aspect.

You may not read this.  I know you don't like my monkey.  The monkey is a metaphorical monkey, used to voice signals derived by means I do not wish to disclose accurately or justify rigorously.  I find the signals useful, and it does not require any sort of faith in the monkey to observe its signals over time.  I know that some members have benefited from awareness of the monkey's moods, as have I, otherwise your complaint would have sufficed for me to silence the monkey here.  As a third-party reader I would accept the monkey as another source of stimulus for thought, no more and no less.  I regard the other members of this forum much as I regard the magic monkey.  They are a source of highly structured signal, which serves to stimulate thought.

Freedom requires possibilities.  Our possibilities are limited  by our awareness, oftentimes.  Exogenous stimuli often serve to draw attention to those possibilities, and thereby compound our freedom.

You're never too old to think young.
The buyers will state they paid more than they actually paid, to be able to file a lower gain later.
The marshals will say it was lower than the actual price, the difference entered into a slush fund to use for random gifts to friends. Selectively, they might report a few customers to the irs.

Not much of a conspiracy theorist, but i can't imagine that that information would not be released. In fact i can't believe no one has did the research on this to see weather US Marshals released the prices before on mansion and such even with freedome of info requests?!? Huh Just too lazy to research this myself

I'm not a conspiracy theorist either but I'm also not a conspiracy denier.

I can't believe that the US Marshals aren't obliged to report the amount of revenues from the liquidation of seized assets. I also can't believe that the American public would stand for non-disclosure, but I'm a Canadian and it's not my position to comment another country's domestic policy so I'll leave it at that.

I will say however that historically, this sort of thing tends to be leaked if it isn't released voluntarily. My guess is we'll all know before long.

windjc is close to ignore because I think he's just trolling me. He responds to each of my posts in every thread sometimes with an argument that is completely out of context.
