So what did you expect a crash to 200$ in 30 minutes. We went down 200$ in 2 days, that´s quite a lot! And it only stopped dropping for a few hours and all of you are still convinced
that this is ultra bullish??? Your so called recovery was on low volume and doesn´t proof anything. Don´t feel safe, Karhu isn´t done yet.
This bear market will continue a lot longer.

Not really all that impressive. Bitstamp is up over $120 over its lows in just a few hours. Gox just deflated it premium.

Sounds like you are more easily impressed than your predictions for $250 coins would suggest. Wink

@fonzie, i know you're a troll, but it's not just a tweet. it's actually live already:

Fonzie is just a kid. He doesn't know much about wall street, U.S. regulations or exchanges coming on the horizon.

Consider this plot of the BTC price at Huobi over the last 2.5 days:

Note that the volume plot at bottom is roughly mirrored on the price plot, as deviations from the almost straight trend line (in blue).

It is as if Huobi's clients wanted the price to be much lower, but are fighting against a "force" that wanted the price to follow that trendline.   So the price falls while they are active, but springs back towards the trendline when they slow down for lunch or go to bed.

What could be that mysterious force?

It does not seem to be the bulk of traders at the non-Chinese exchanges, since their activity rises and falls in sync with Huobi's volume -- that is,
on China's clock, rather than Canada's or Bulgaria's -- and they seem to be just following Huobi's price fluctuations.

China is no longer driving this market. They had their chance to be leaders and they blew it. All they can do now is give us our coins back.

Second Market is just trying to protect their investments with this tweet due to the upcoming MEGA FUD with Gox.

How is that LTC is way overpriced at $2 working out for ya. LOL!

Ok so it seems Gox is just going to be dead. Other exchanges are already getting ready to replace it from there.

Now this is big!!  Go SM!  Cool

It's not gonna happen overnight, but it would be a good idea to start accumulating now for when the Wall Street money starts coming in.

Any idea when will the bear market stop ? Fonzie do you want BTC to crash that much ?  Roll Eyes

I´m expectin at least two 2 months, i have no idea how BTC will behave after this, maybe sideways for months maybe a bit bullish. But i wouldn´t expect another real bull market for the first half of this year, if there
should ever be another bull market  Wink Cheesy Cheesy after MtGox might be goin down with ~50 Mio. USD Customer funds.  Cheesy Cheesy

This is the land of wolves now & you're not a wolf
The speed in which we have already pretty much recovered shows how resilient bitcoin is becoming, and how many buyers are waiting on the sidelines for a dip in prices to get into the market.

Coincidentally the major drops in prices usually comes in the middle of the night for US citizens.  I think i have bought most of my btc in the middle of the night, when I just happen to wake up and check the prices...
