Jesus was a (Goddamn) hippy socialist
I think we're underestimating the effect of this

China still owns the majority of the market, and any of 'our' news like Overstock really doesn't matter to them.

Exchangers from China claim to hold the majority of the market. It's houbi turn to be in the news pretty soon , news like this one

@sitarow could you explain me how do you come up with such nice screenshot?

Use the button "print scrn" close to the F12 key on your keyboard and paste into paint. Then save. Finally, upload to BTT.

Don't worry, it's highly unlikely people here would have nearly all of their wealth in Bitcoin at all times, so I'm sure most people can afford and do repurchase the Bitcoins they spend.

Right, guys? Cheesy

100% of my savings in Bitcoins, I dont even know what Fiat is

This, All must go to the bitcoin god.

Also, I just found a half eaten sandwich. How many bitcoins can i get for that?

Is it turkey or ham? Ham I'd pay you .001 turkey maybe .00001

Edit; but I'm kinda hungry so I don't know if that's a realistic valuation.

Not sure can't see it through all the mold. But i'll take .0005 . I'll send it with the mail. Grin

The medium term future of bitcoin is not China. It's the US. All the bad news in the world coming out of China might affect the price, but shouldn't change anyones long term view on BTC.

Zero. All Bitcoins were created by the inception of Bitcoin in 2009. Right now we are simply distributing them in a fair and transparent fashion.

Guys, price is dropping. The rules of this thread specifically state that Bulls are not welcome during the "bear" I told you this was coming day. Please come back tomorrow when this nonsense is over.

one question puzzling me, let say during 2013 what was total time with btc rate on the way down, and how it compares to the total time it was going up.

Well last year I bought at $30 it's at $800 and I've never seen $30 again and most likely won't so I guess you should ask; how much time did it spend going up and how long did it stay up. Which would then have to include a price point you bought at to be relevant to the investor. I believe $13 was the low in January?
