Supposidly Chinese government has banned payment processors from working with Bitcoin exchanges. Leading to the "ok situation" where you can buy and sell bitcoins and withdraw your cash, but you can't put more cash back into the system. (

This was old news though right? This came in that initial announcement from China Central Bank. No payments or finance/banking companies allowed.

I doubt its true
Banks still work with the exchanges. I guess this is just a step to regulate bitcoin through banks only.... NO 3rd party payment system. So now the CCCP can have all bitcoin transactions identified.
