Gox dollars might help those legs appear. If some feel that they have too much in Gox dollars vs btc you could see the shift back into btc and this raise is assumed by the bullish. However I don't know how bearish some are feeling and waiting for the next higher exit point in the 750-850 range.

I feel we still have some downwards movement left to go so panic selling may be in order. This currently feels like another bulltrap. We will see. a) Panic sell even more

I can't tell about other exchanges, but what I see on bitstamp is that the trading volume is very low and the price is very easily manipulated at the moment. A lot of 0.x BTC trades, which makes me guess bots are trading with each other at the moment
