I would better off buy every dip with $1000 difference of my each buy order, I already place my order on $34,000 $33,000 $32,000 and so on, currently my lowest order is $25,000. Basically, they forced all the exchanges to have a version of the stable coin as a 'sovereign currency' and to be allowed to participate in the US for example, they need to buy from the FED an amount of USD to counter the crypto they have on their exchange, or a part of it. They issue on the amount the exchange say they have "disposed" and they get a cut.

Each "stable coins". Are initially sold to the exchanges as some sort of loan. (ups, I might have said too much.)
