Nobody knows what is ACTUALLY happening (including myself) as far as where we would find ourself in 6-12 mo.
There seems to be a political and inter-agency fight around bitcoin and the rest of 'them.
"A lotta ins, lotta outs, lotta what-have-you's. And, uh, lotta strands to keep in my head, man. Lotta strands in old Duder's head."
Well, for me anyway it kinda adds a a little zest to ones otherwise dreary, but not necessarily unfulfilling life.
Gardening and throwing treats to the cats has its limits in excitability doncha know....
Some peeps cannot take a little inevitable volatility and not knowing the price direction of their lil fiend stash, so they convert their lil fiend stash to fiat...
bbbbbbboooooooorrrrrrrrrrrriiiiiiiinnnnnggggggg
I have enough boring fiat that largely goes DOWNity, relatively speaking.. or at least has been going DOWNity ever since I be born.
Remember those bubble gum machines that ONLY cost a penny for a piece of gum... or the Ramen for like $.10 per pack? Those days seem to be gonzo.. whatcha gonna buy for a penny or $.10 these days with your dollars?
I with you sirazimuth.
I prefer keeping a wee bit of cccccccciiiiiiitttttttttteeeeeee in my life..... and nice to have an acquaintance like our common lil fiend, even the wee bit of around 0.21 BTC that I gots, used to only buy me a
cheap McDonalds meal fairly decent meal for two for
$5.25 $52.50 in 2015
back when the cheap meals of Micey D used to cost that much, but now-a-days my 0.21 BTC will get me a fairly decent used car for $8,400, if I were in the market for a used car of that caliber.. or I could buy a lots of nice things, even food, if I did not have enough food to eat. I probably could go out to eat
with a similar caliber of meal more than
84 50 times.. versus 1 time back in 2015 with the same 0.21BTC.
Who should be complaining about those kinds of on the ground results? I am not going to lie. I like the kinds of relative ccccccciiiittttteeee of having had a buddy like lillie fiend for all these years, and I really cannot see little buddy giving up on me, at least not relatively speaking, and at least so long as I am NOT trying to rush whatever is going to happen is going to happen..
Edit: Whoops, I made a 10x mistake above... and no one caught it. I fixed it.. It's a mistake of a matter of degree rather than kind, but it still seems to me that 50x more purchasing power now (rather than 84x) remains a pretty comfortable place to be 6 years later, no?
