See this news and what's their stake on this one?
The entire FUD thing against BTC was plain stupid from the start. People are dumping their life savings due to a Communist Party telling them Bitcoin is damaging, lol. Where's the logic? Or, should I ask.. is there ever a logic in the actions these kind of people make?

If what communists say manipulates you (not you, aysg76) this much, you should reconsider your investments and plans lol

China kicking out miners because they claimed that they consumed high electricity and and some other shitty excuses like not environment friendly and carbon footprint generated a lot other things are ignoring how much collateral damage they are doing to th environment?

See this news and what's their stake on this one?

They have damaged aquatic life and making industrial development and building projects over wildlife and don't utter a word about these things at all.The only thing is they don't want any other money mode to take over the control as we all know Chinese communist party is against freedom and how could they let btc grow. But at one point it won't matter as now mining activities are more scattered and this will help hashrate not centrally allocated.China should first look at what it's doing to the the environment in name of infrastructural growth and leading the world economy but at what cost?

Doomed to see the future and unable to prevent it

That's the Thunderbird 4 (submarine )dude  Alan, I do believe

Absolutely all time favorite epic show as a kid. (Fireball XL-5 was awesome too...and don't forget Stingray)
This is all from memory...no googling..... (because anyone can do that)
Scott piloted Thunderbird 1
Virgil...  Thunderbird 2
Alan and /or John... Thunderbird 3
Alan... Thunderbird 4
And John was stuck (bored to tears no doubt) on the satellite Thunderbird 5

And Parker was the coolest chauffer..    Loved his accent..."yes m'lady"

IOU +1 for the geek out! Smiley

Wow, is that Colonel Steve Zodiac, from Fireball XL-5?

It's from Thunderbirds. It's been so long since I watched any that I don't remember most of the names. Think I'm going to dig some up and watch some with my lad though.

yeah thats what i thought but i cant remember any names aside from Lady Penelope with her 6x6 Rolls Royce.

loved that show as a kid.

Actually saw the Lady Penelope and Parker puppets at Blackpool in the 80s.

... pffft, I dated the real Lady Penelope

... Scotty, Alan, Virgil and Brains were like brothers, International Rescue in Thunderbirds was like an acid trip for kids

I guess he is dressed a little informally for a colonel. Knew about Thunderbirds, never saw it. Loved Fireball XL-5.  "Supermarionation"

If you want informal, they rode into the Thunderbird on a couch.

According to research jointly done by 17 news organizations, Pegasus infected 37 phones belonging to people who don’t meet the criteria NSO says is required for its powerful spyware to be used. Victims included journalists, human rights activists, business executives, and two women close to murdered Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi, according to The Washington Post. Technical analysis from Amnesty International and the University of Toronto’s Citizen Lab confirmed the infections.
