Not everybody sells to buy back in at a lower price.
Some of us like to sell small portions of our stash to buy things like ranches or private lakes.
Whats the sense of getting rich if you don't get to enjoy it?

We made it boys, after all these years we made it!
A remarkable milestone. Next target - 2T cap! It seems inevitable.
Someone said a few pages back that in 10 years we should reach 500K. Yeah, right, it could happen that way of course. But let's just wait to see the prices at the end of the year. (Hint: with the current pace we are on track for 400K.) At least 150K until June this year looks quite possible for sure
