Currently, the balances of funds are not displayed on bitmex for a lot (all ?) users, ouch, they cannot use their funds to trade or withdraw.

I have not had this feeling about BTC since early 2017. And this time it is MUCH STRONGER.
I just had a smaller version of this come at me considering the (only) other coin I follow last week, and it broke both BTC and USD levels yesterday...
But that "tingling" was nothing compared to this.
And we are just getting started I think.

Stage 2 is in 2012, there should be then a S3 in 2014 and a S4 in 2016Stage 5 is the point I guess

It worries me how excited people are over a tiny, random, upward blip that's obviously part of the normal fluctuations of bitcoin's proven downward trend. Without question the price will be back below $10k before the end of the year as the market continues its long term decline toward triple digits and below.
