This is me right now.  Should be a touch quicker than the old Holden Monaro.  Off on a side trip then heading north for some skiing.   What or where is Ichiran?

Bullet train is amazing, you'll love it!

As for Ichiran, they're all over Japan

Just pop it into google maps and I'm sure you'll find one around you... well worth the visit! Enjoy the skiing and the snow!

I guess this is the decade we had been waiting for.

It’s going to be the 1920s all over again.

You are optimistic this year. Cheesy

Let’s make it the roaring 20s.

What will you have for dinner tonight?

(I'm talking about food) Cheesy

food: we are heading to friends so its largely unknown aside from ham as part of the main course.

drinks? water for us. wines and craft beers for other guests.

Anything you want from the vending machine paired with matching 7-11 wines.

You there at the moment mate? If so hit up Ichiran for some damned good ramen... That and it's an experience in itself

Doomed to see the future and unable to prevent it
I don't want to sound dismissive, but my intuition tells me that this French guy is all talk and no action. He hasn't showed anything remotely resembling an operational QC, even with just a few qubits. To me he came across as arrogant, boasting "I'm the boss" all around the talk, and dismissing Google and the rest of the QC leaders for using super-cooling because "they are used to it and that's all they know". Not the qualities I'd expect from a true inventor, scientist, pioneer.

I do hope he can do what he says, or, if not him, at least some others out there, for the benefit of all. But QC is no simple matter, and you can't just mill a quantum processor using a DIY CNC machine.

Well I just don't know enough about the subject but it does look pretty pie in the sky.

When that boy was spraying blood everywhere out of his shoulder after pennywise bit his arm right off, i couldn't take it longer as to the end of the scene.
The first version of the movie was way better, much more subtle but still gave me some mean horrors, back then. The novel is untouchable, imo. But the first movie honored it quite well in those days.

Haha, a few seconds after that is when I literally stopped watching. Watching that stupid hack and slash scene right off the bat told me what a piece of crap it was going to be.

I caught hell for dropping BobLawblaws pokemon card in a cup; there's no way I'm wrapping that in a Ford skin!

Are you sure? Here’s another angle.

 That is fine.

Try wrapping that with an Interceptor skin.

That was very cool, but did he say his prototype was 8 qbits?

It really looked like a simple procedure and the biggest stumbling blocks were just monetary.

If so it looks like this shit is coming alot faster than we have been led to believe. That is if what he says is true, has this been independently verified? I'm not sure what a qbit is supposed to look like to begin with.

I also found it weird that the 2 minute vid he played spoke of the 3 states (as if the non state was one state and not an analog we just cannot measure) but he is only alke to test for the "ON" state or the "Not ON" state so I am not sure how this is used as I thought the "OFF" state had to be known?

I'm no expert but this is just a few questions that popped to mind.

CCC is not arrogant at all. They're legends, so i wouldn't expect humbleness, though.
No offense, but i guess you have to have some hax0r background to really grasp this.
