Everyone's question is whether the halving has been priced in already or not.

No its still retracting from the last wave, people jumping the gun and getting fingers muzzle burnt.

We already have unlimited blocks and built-in pruning in physical silver.

Confirmation is reliable but a little too slow for the modern world, you already know silver is not compact enough to be used by itself.   Silver and gold are going to be more used then now for sure but so will many things beyond FIAT.

Yeah same to me a lot of time discussion BTC price and halving a lot of people said that bitcoin pumped and movement near "halving" but not sure  people just idea, that so bitcoin is the real main pairs so opinion going more and more so that we have conception "Moon soon" before halving.

A halving doesn't get priced in. It might get temporarily pumped by whales beforehand to screw over the noobs, but, that's it. The halving is purely a supply and demand thing. Over the long term, the reduced supply will absolutely increase the price, provided demand remains the same or increases. I've said it before, mathematically bitcoin is designed to always increase in price, just as fiat money is designed to reduce in price.

The reduction in supply can't be priced in before hand, because there is too much supply to maintain a priced in (higher) price. Same as any commodity.

You wish there was a crypto-bubble. The only things that are in a bubble right now are stocks and garbage silver/gold.

What's your take on perpetual trusts?
Here is Guardian's:
https://www.theguardian.com/world/2019/nov/14/the-great-american-tax-haven-why-the-super-rich-love-south-dakota-trust-laws

I think that this would be relevant to bitcoin later on.
There are lots of "golden nuggets" in this article.
The main conclusion is that we might be changing the society by allowing perpetual trusts (details in the article).

This golden nugget is relevant to some US bitcoiners right now. How many will be moving to South Dakota before cashing out to avoid capital gains tax?

https://www.theguardian.com/world/2019/nov/14/the-great-american-tax-haven-why-the-super-rich-love-south-dakota-trust-laws

South Dakota has no income tax, no inheritance tax and no capital gains tax

The perpetual trusts thing seems a massive deal, and probably will be relevant to Bitcoin later on.

Well, hold your horses, there are still federal taxes, including capital gains tax. It's not written very clearly.
The only no cap gains tax for US citizens is the Puerto-Rico deal, but it is only until 2035 and only on cap gains AFTER you domesticated/moved your assets there.
Plus, you HAVE to reside there 183 days/year.

Yes but federal taxes don’t apply to offshore assets owned by foreigners. This is about tax rorts for foreigners, not Yanks

I can't make you understand that hearsay is only bad when applied to court room trials.

Absolutely. Because it is not true. You accused a person of nefarious behavior without evidence of such. Kicking s person when they are down is playground bully behavior, and should be discouraged. Period.

The definition of "hearsay" isn't something that "is not true"; its something that isn't adequately substantiated. I provided you a chain of links with substantiating evidence, but if that's not adequate for you, again, that's out of my control.

Also, who did I kick when they were down? You or the guy who "lost" their coins? If them, I assure you they didn't feel it.

Where do you get the idea that I think the definition of hearsay is something that is not true? You accused the person of nefarious behavior, with zero evidence to that effect.
