Is it a descending triangle?
A descending triangle does not have a rising bottom line. And that chart is drawn inaccurately. You might want to fix that before someone picks on that. I made the same mistake a few days ago of posting a loosely drawn incorrect chart and was rightly about to get the boot to my ass.

Falling wedge is indeed a bearish pattern. but that doesn't matter as this is exactly what graph "painters" want you to see! TA is not a prediction tool, TA is a manipulation tool. Graph "painters" use TA pseudo science to shape small fish behavior.
