It could also just be someone who dumped previously and, seeing there wasn't going to be a panic crash, decided to by back and wait until a higher price comes along to try again. Why dump at $13 if you can dump at $16, right?
Well, nobody seemed to notice that buy at MTG/EUR... I have some time to take a decision or to be left behind brutally^^
