I do not know what kind of currency you mean, and what kind of wallet you want. For each coin you have a designated wallet. You can use either a wallet to exchange where you can trade your capital. Or you have a client for that currency and create a wallet address there.
You can also have a hardware wallet for BTC such as Trezor or Ladger Nano S. Mobile wallets for cryptocurrencies Coinomi or Coinbase. There is plenty. Give more information.

before answering this question we need have infromation about your coins, your holding type and etc.
so; please determine:
1- witch coins do you have
2- do you want to hold your coins online or offline
3- do you want to keep your coins for long term or short term?

but in general:

If you want to hold your coins for long term, you can use offline wallets.
the main wallet for each coins is the best wallet for example for BTC you must download the special wallet and hold this wallet dedicate from your main pc.
