Hi,
I have a 0.1 BTC paper wallet that has not been touched since 2015, I don't know if it is any more valuable since its untouched ? Some one might want to offer some more for it, I don't know ?

What is stopping you from spending it yourself? This is a silly offer OP, no one will bite your offer. Just spend it yourself and stop trying to trick someone into buying something you can spend yourself since you also have the private key. Or someone else could buy it with enough knowledge to reverse any transaction you place after you spend it yourself. It can be double spent and in the end you lose. So just use it yourself, nothing good will come out of doing this.

I wonder what difference it may do to the bitcoins if they are touched or not touched. Grin

There is no different in term of the value of the BTC itself. But, .1 will entitle for all the forks.
That's right, if those coins came from the past years/months before the fork happens there will be an additional value for it. Try to speculate some threads on collectibles section, there are interesting physical coins there and as well as paper wallets touched and untouched.
Yeah the wallet has 0.1 BTC, 0.1 BTG + 0.1 BCH, I am selling it for 0.15 BTC, its worth more because I printed out the paper wallet. and the ink the paper wallet was printed on. 0.15 is a fair price.... I maybe will accept 0.149 or 12 Lite coins  Tongue Tongue
Saw you posted it on Collectibles section, good luck.

0.1btc is 0.1btc.
If you are talking about an old cold wallet that may worth more because of the physical wallet that it is being located at( for an example, cassacius 0.1btc coin costs more then 0.1btc, as cassacius is a collectibe item and people searches for the coin rather then the value it's loaded with).

If it's just a paper wallet, the fact that the input has been existed for 2 years or more doesn't really increase the price, besides the fact that because the coins are old you probably own Bitcoin cash and bitcoin gold as well( bitcoin forks tokens), you should be checking your balance at those blockchains, because you may own more then just 0.1btc.

Why don't you want to login to your wallet first then you sell your coins for the current prices in any exchange just instantly. No need to wait for the people to come and pay extra offer for 0.1BTC.
Good evening, maybe I'm not a lot off topic, but my good friend wants to prebobsti about 100 bitcoins and at once, how can you do it, tell me hello, for earlier thanks.
Just go to localbitcoin.com and deposit your bitcoin there and you can sell them instantly for the current market price. But I don't think selling 100 bitcoin at a time is not a good idea this may bring some issues regarding your bank account.

You can actually sell it at a good price, because several currencies have come to fruition because of Forks. I did not calculate it exactly, but the person who receives it calculates it. You also have the wrong division issue. The best part for you is 'collectibles'.

Why sell it? You can take the fork coins from it and you can even earn more from that.

Try the collectibles section.
But if OP really wants to sell it yes he can sell it there https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=217.0

Imagine that you got it when price was lower than $1,000 and now selling it at $11,000? Why not just hold it and just take those free money out of it.

I'd hang on and wait for the price of bitcoin to rise back up towards the 17k-20k mark

If its untouched then it doesn't mean that it would lose its value.Just like been suggested above its better to hold of those coins little more longer which it can potentially rise up even more. No one would really pay up more than on the value as of now.People can easily buy up on exchanges on exact rates than on buying to someone with higher rates.Instead of selling it better to add it up since price of bitcoin is lower as of these days.

I don't really think many people will pay extra money just for .1 btc. I guess you can take a look at the forked coin value as well and tack that onto the price of the paper wallet if you really want to, but I doubt that anyone would pay extra. If I were you, I'd wait a little bit and sell the money when bitcoin's a little higher.

==== UPDATE ====

When I made this post I didn't think I would get so many messages !! And people thinking im a scammer despite my Trust level.

At the time I thought the 0.1 BTC would be worth more because it is untouched, it is a old paper wallet created 3 years ago, I thought this would add value since they are an old coin.... after being called a scammer, I have learnt otherwise, I now know it is worth no more.

I was not planning to sell for Fiat, I don't want Fiat for it, I was wondering if someone wanted my 0.1 BTC created in 2015 for 0.11 BTC as I can't be asked to do the coin splits,
